diané operates as a made-to-order semi couture luxury fashion brand.

All garments, including standard sizes, are produced individually using artisanal techniques that combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary tailoring.

Standard sizes — approximately 14 business days.

Made-to-measure — approximately 21 business days after measurement confirmation.

Timelines are indicative due to handcrafted production.

Full payment is required before production begins.

Prices may be displayed in EUR, USD, GBP or AED.

Currency conversion and banking fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production is considered initiated.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.

diané is currently not registered for UK VAT.

Prices displayed on the website do not include VAT.

Should diané become VAT registered in the future, pricing structure may be updated accordingly.

Customers purchasing from outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local tax regulations.

All website content, garment designs, visual
materials, branding elements and product concepts are the exclusive
intellectual property of diané.

Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

diané reserves the right to request identity verification prior to confirming any order.

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

diané garments are produced using semi-couture artisanal techniques.

Customers acknowledge that:

• slight variations are inherent
• garments are not mass-produced
• minor adjustments may be required

These characteristics are not considered defects.

All returned items undergo quality inspection.

diané reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

Quality assessments are conducted by the atelier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, diané shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses
• event-related damages
• emotional distress claims
• missed occasion claims

Garments are sold as luxury fashion goods without performance guarantees.

For customers located within the UK or EU, statutory distance selling rights apply where relevant.

However, made-to-measure and personalised garments may fall under legal exemptions.
