RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Standard size garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

 
• items are unworn
• items are unwashe
• original tags remain attached
• original packaging is intact

Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer unless the item is defective.

Made-to-measure garments are generally non-returnable
due to their personalised nature.

However, diané accepts returns or exchanges in cases of:

• confirmed manufacturing defect
• significant measurement discrepancy
• material or construction fault

• repair
• remake
• exchange
• refund

Garments worn for events, photoshoots or public appearances are not eligible.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

All returned items undergo quality inspection.

diané reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

Quality assessments are conducted by the atelier.
